On their taxes the government announced.

What would a farmer do with a Russian tank?

Well, they could get rid of them darn coyotes once and for all.

Use it like a really big tractor.

My guess though is they are not taking them for use. They have the means and opportunity to acquire something valuable. Doing so will hurt the invaders and is encouraged by their government. My guess is most are turned over to the Ukrainian military quickly, so they can be turned around and used against the Russians
