7. Putin's problem is not that of not having enough manpower.

The threat to bring in outsiders is meaningless. He still has to feed them and supply them with food, transportation and weapons. So far, logistics appear his problem.

Putin really acts like he wants to go to war with NATO, why is beyond my imagination, unless it has something to do with his deal with China. Perhaps if he can expand the war, he feels that the US will become busy in the Pacific and that he can handle the EU. Putin is appearing weak on the battlefield, that could have something to do with an ancient Chinese story:
