A Florida Man tried to get out of a speeding ticket by blaming Vladimir Putin

I took it out for a test drive, it ran fine. I bring it back and ask her when it started running like that and she tells
me it run ok until she got on the Interstate. I am thinking well she drives pretty slow so I will get it up 60 or so and
see how it runs. I drive out the road again get it up to 60 it runs fine. I turn around and come back. I get it
up to around 60 again, I come up over this small hill and in the meantime an OHP cruiser have moved in and got me for doing
60 in a 45. I told him the truth that I was road testing the car for my mother she said it wasn't running right when she
would get up over 50 or 60 MPH. His reply "It looks like it was running pretty good when you came over that hill at 60MPH. I got a ticket.
The I was helping my 90 year old mother story didn't work.
