If I were a Russian protester I would safely blanket the city with photos / flyers of Putin's crimes

Stacks of tiny lightweight ones could be gently tied to balloons, to fall out and be distributed after a short flight. Or released from tall buildings. If done right it would be far safer than protesting in the town square, and would reach far, far more fellow russians. Real news is just not reaching them. They need to think outside the box to reach them imo.

These people wouldn't have to go to jail if they thought outside the box. Find isolated hidden areas to set a few balloons, tie them to something with a gentle knot so the balloon full of filters would come loose and shoot high in the sky long after you left the area. Tons safer that joining the groups don't you think?
