I would love for CNN or another major network to do an original documentary going over Impeachment 1.0. Americans at the time weren’t fully following (both bc it seemed complicated and also bc GOP was spouting Russian disinfo to distract), and then COVID hit immediately after 1/

So there was never a post-mortem or ongoing discussion of what Trump did with Ukraine (in the same way, for example, that the underlying topic of Impeachment 2.0 continues). It was forgotten. I think if it were laid out clearly now many more Americans would be like 💡💡
