General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI'm seeing tweets miscontruing Zelensky's ABC interview as saying he will compromise with Russia
but with "compromise" being read as giving in to Russian demands.
That is NOT what he said.
The interview is here
https://abcnews.go.com/US/video/zelenskyy-interview-david-muir-reporting-abc-news-exclusive-83309456
with that section starting about 3:50.
My take from the tweets I've seen is that RW media and Putin sympathizers are trying both to put more pressure on Zelensky, and perhaps to give cover to RW politicians in the West, especially the US, to oppose aid to Ukraine.
My own impression is that Zelensky is continuing to put pressure on NATO to give more help, especially a No Fly Zone.

(20,857 posts)Drones, and lots of them. We have them, lots of them, ship them over and train Ukrainians how to fly them.
Some can even do air to air. Release the Hellfire missiles.
Game changer. Do it.

(3,017 posts)Should have been done weeks ago but now is a good time - protect the nuclear power plants, jam their communications (and intercept them) and free hellfire missiles to any Russian war hardware.
Oh and the underwater drones. Take out Russia Navy-they are not expecting that.

(3,017 posts)With remote training our pilots could be live virtual advisors-this is a job for drones. We can control the air and push back the invaders now.
