Note that McConnell is desperately trying to back away from that platform. All the more reason to sound off and get EVERY Republican on the record as to whether they support or oppose the platform. 5. It is hard to feel hopeful that things in our country and our world won't just get worse.

I knew Rick Scott was an evil, Voldemort-looking creep, I was reminded today that his company committed the largest-ever case of Medicare fraud, stealing billions from the Medicare Trust Fund. Yet, Floridians--many of whom are seniors--subsequently elected him as senator.

Millions believe that if Trump, who has consistently praised Putin for his aggressive moves, were in office, Putin would not have invaded Ukraine.

It just seems that we've come to a place where the facts and logic have no influence on a large segment of the American citizenry.
