Judge rules Against FOX News's countersuit, to dismiss SMARTMATIC Lawsuit.

A judge has ruled that @smartmatic can continue to pursue its lawsuit over false election rigging claims & denies motions by defendants FoxNews, Maria Bartiromo & LouDobbs to dismiss the suit.

SMARTMATIC had filed a lawsuit in Feb 2021.
FoxNews, Maria Bartiromo & LouDobbs counterfiled to have Smartmatic 's suit dropped.
Today the judge ruled against FoxNews, Maria Bartiromo & LouDobbs.
SMARTMATIC now moves forward with their lawsuit.
