"SNIP.......

“The White House unsuccessfully tried to arrange calls between President Biden and the de facto leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as the U.S. was working to build international support for countering Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and contain a surge in oil prices,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

6. Not when the average cost of an EV is 45k

Few can afford it.

For a LARGE switch to EV's (like 5 million a year) it would take a 25k hatchback with 250 miles range and interest-free Gov't car loans over 120 months.

Problem is... there aren't enough batteries or supply chain to do it.

I agree. And MANY people live in places where charging a vehicle overnight is an impossibility. I am one of those people.

I don't think there is one simple solution, but we have been a slave to big oil since the dawn of time. Right now oil/gas companies could be doing SOMETHING, ANYTHING to stave off rising prices, yet even in war time they think about record profits over all else. Trumps tax scam made it so many US gas/oil companies paid zero taxes, they got BILLION$ in welfare checks from average Americans. That money was supposed to be reinvested for the greater good of America. As usual this did not happen, instead these covetous, devouring, endless pits of greed pocketed the giant welfare checks Trump gave them as the middle and lower class tax payers continue to take on the tax burden. Now we have to pay the rising prices at the pump. This is not a new story, it's deja vu all over again. So tired of this sh$t!

11. Yep, not one fucking dime in military aid or equipment

should go to the Saudi's or Emirates

America has kissed that backwards, intolerant corrupt monarchys ass for long enough.

Let them buy military equipment from the Russians. Their shit is proving to be real "state of the art", isn't it?

I would feel bad for any innocent Saudis or UAE citizen here in America, but every last student, engineer, scientist, doctor working here on a Visa from those countries ought to be kicked out of America.

Allow this disrespect to stand and we will pay for it.

The fucking Retrumplicans are already saying; "they never refused a call from Donnie Dipshit"...as if that's a good thing.
