If you were to pick any typical Ukrainian at random, it is very likely that this person:
1. Speaks, writes and understands Russian
2. Is not owned by the Russians, and will not accept Russian money to change their minds or accept Russian domination
3. Doesn't want Russians telling him/her what to do.
None of the above applies to the typical Republican member of Congress
