(12,363 posts)so to answer your question, yes, the Ukrainian Military, and civilians, can learn quickly how to operate them.

(669 posts)like Stinger. The gunner has to manually track the target and paint it with a laser beam. It typically takes some time in a simulator to become proficient in it.

Would greatly increase the threat to Russia's fixed wing ground attack aircraft, which are fast enough to be hard to get with Stingers and the rest
