1. Great find - and re - genocide

Genociders use the Devil's Arithmetic. They take out children - as it takes out the next generation.

Targeting children in Ukraine is genocide. I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking it, saying it, or writing it publicly.

2. I didn't know about that genocidal tactic of targeting children, but it has an evil logic.

At the very best, what's happening is a reckless disregard for children, but I do believe you are correct and that Putin's army has orders to target civilians, including children. How else can one explain mining humanitarian corridors and bombing a maternity hospital?

3. Hard one to find

But the East German/Russian operatives attacked the Army Hospital maternity ward in January 1973 in West Germany.

I ended up being born two weeks later at Rammstein AFB as a result of this (dad was Green Beret).

Most Americans are not aware of the constant threat and danger the USSR posed to not only Soldiers in the free zone - but their wives, unborn, infant, toddler, etc. etc children in the 1970's.

It also has a psychological impact on the adults and opponents at large.

I'll stop - if you read what I wrote before this - thoroughly brainwashed to hate the Russians by the time I was five.
