If Repubs were in charge right now, they'd use Ukraine as an excuse
to force through their wish-list spending bill that they otherwise couldn't pass.
If they had holdouts, like Manchin, they'd be all over the media, pointing at him for why Ukraine is suffering.
Just saying.
