Is the only thing that stops a sociopath,especially one controlling a country.

2. Sociopath is right. Vladimer Putin leaves quite a trail behind him.

As do Nazi, supremacist, fascist authoritarians throughout history. Whether as a threat for loyalty or submission or just flat out being an asshole.
Death to innocents, without a pause of thought is a self perceived power.



How else is a sociopath stopped?

Normal people need to be taught what a sociopath is what they do,taught to never trust them ,enable them or let them have any power or wealth to hurt others with or undermine democracies anywhere.

Lastly how to stand up to them and expose them and thier crimes,and have no more tolerance for sociopathy.
