Propaganda to save Putin's political ass. His change in messaging being pored out by this FAKE news channel and others is designed as a message to Russians. We are not being defeated because my military and I are incompetent but because we are being overwhelmed by hundreds of thousands of evil western countries. We are pulling out of Ukraine but we need to remain strong against these evil fascists. You need a strong leader. That remains to be me. What an ass.
