We only intervene with countries that are not Russia - Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Korea, Libya, etc.
We have pathological and irrational fear of putin. At this point, I don’t think US would intervene even if putin attacks Poland - citing threat of nuclear war and fear of “wider” war.
If we don’t intervene in Ukraine, humanity will be lost. We will forever regret it. And putin will have enormous power, freely deploying chemical weapon on Finland.

Putin's eyes are staring straight at the US.
WE ARE HIS REAL TARGET
He damned near had the US in his hands until Joe Biden took his rightful seat in the Oval Office. Putin is a psychopathic madman.
He's poking the stick at the US. And that's an error we cannot afford to make.
Our NATO Allies know it too.

Its not whether our NATO allies make a move its whether the US makes a move.
NATO allies can & will step in where the US can not cross that line of Putin's threat.
Its a tough fking call but his vengance is directed at the US.
2020 slipped thru his fingers.
He's insane enough to refuse that defeat.

Do you understand?

My point of view~

The US is his target.

And he is furious because he could not hack the 2020 election! I really think more positive stories about & support for the unhackable voting machines are in order!

There, fixed it for ya. We should have taken them out in 1948 when we had the chance.

he might provide funding and ask Europe to provide the troops.

I think Biden has become very opposed to sending American Troops to fight in wars unless it is about self defense .

Invading a peaceful neighbor didn't cross a red line.
Targeting civilians did not cross a red line.
Bombing fleeing refugees did not cross a red line.
Targeting a maternity hospital did not cross a red line.

Apparently, Putin can do whatever he wants because he rattles his nuclear saber.

Do we really think that invading a NATO country would be any different? What has Luxembourg done for us lately?

Fuck the warmongering, chicken hawk, Bush wing of the Party. WW3 shouldn't be an option.

Continued support to Ukraine via weaponry and intelligence is what we can offer. Russia/Soviets didn't send troops in when we were bombing Vietnam to shit. At least not officially. There's a reason for that, they didn't want to bring about WWIII because we decided to have a war. I don't see what has changed from those times to now. I'm not confident that I will be able to last long even if I survive the nuclear exchange. I just don't know how to make a synthroid alternative from pig thyroid yet. I've tried, but I'm pretty sure all it's done is get me put on a watch list.

I feel safe knowing that this administration will not likely escalate things. I wish I had that same certainty about Putin, though.
