Every Local News Station when Gas Prices go up

So fucking accurate it hurts. MSM making shit look like doomsday when in reality it isn't even close to this.

This dude perfected the overblown media on gas. Find some random moronic person to interview and show close ups of the gas pump.

but people would hate it. If we are on a war footing, then we should consider what we have done in other wars and start rationing gasoline. Make provisions to provide extra rations to people who have jobs requiring the use of personal vehicles. Perhaps a mechanism could be set up to allow people to buy/sell ration cards. Also place expiration dates on the ration cards to discourage hoarding.

The lower demand should dampen prices and encourage conservation, encourage the use of public transportation, and promote the conversion from fossil fuels to EVs.

There would be grumbling about rationing fuel, but it might be a better option to make the move while we still have a choice rather than wait to a later date when we could be forced to ration due to the geopolitical situation.

My parents lived through the Great Depression and World War II with my father joining the Navy in 1944. My mother was the oldest of six children and dropped out of high school in 11th grade to help support her family. They did without so many things that we take for granted now. I wonder about some people who are so self-centered that they can't make some sacrifices without complaining.

We can start "gas wars" in our towns by shopping around for the lowest prices on gas. If you are about out, buy less until you can make it to a cheaper station. when prices at the pump are going up instead of down, don't buy anything else inside the station, that's were they make their money. Most likely you can buy the soda or snack cheaper somewhere else.

Let gas stations compete for our business.

I’d ride with my Dad when he would get gas for 17 cents a gallon, instead of the expensive 19 cent gas across the street.
