How to communicate this? One idea is a text message. Anonymous Squad303 has a way to text random Russian phones. Maybe there are better ways. I don't know.

One would presumably replace the canned text with info on the tor address, and the twitter url. But I know no Russian.

Sorry if this post is rudimentary. Can anyone expand on this?
