Miami Herald Rips GOP's 'Terrifying Tolerance Of White Supremacy'

The Miami Herald called out the GOP’s “terrifying tolerance of white supremacy and extremism” in a damning editorial following the indictment this week of far-right Proud Boys leader Henry “Enrique” Tarrio for his suspected role in helping to direct the deadly U.S. Capitol riot.

The “message of tolerance” for extremism has been spread, the board wrote, with Florida’s own Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis seeking to downplay the Jan. 6 insurrection and the participation of Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) at a white nationalist conference in Orlando.

“Republicans will, no doubt, continue to deny they have a white supremacy problem,” the board concluded. “And we can add this episode to the shameful list of extremist connections already distinguishing Florida.”

They view Russia as a white man's utopia. Add totalitarianism, the ability to silence the media and their perceived "enemies", and a complete lack of accountability, and voila! GQP heaven.

They're not even bothering to disguise their love for this type of "government" anymore.

Hitler thought they were subhuman and wanted to exterminate them. Even some sects of the KKK, like in Canada, attacked Slave immigrants. Not making this up. Putin and his ilk would be outcasts in a Nazi or KKK ruled world. They aren't white enough for them.

10. They don't pay attention to history

Trump loves Russia and has spent the last decade of his public life praising them, so historical white supremacist views on Russians are trumped by Trump's love for them. And the whole party embraced Russia as a Conservative white paradise. FOX News reinforced this daily for 5 years. They view Russia as everything they want America to be, where men are men and LGTBQ folks can be tortured and killed. They love the idea of the government sending police to murder media members, they love the strict criminal justice system they see in Russia. And above all, they love the Kleptocracy they see there, one where the richest 110 or so families took everything for themselves and left the rest of the population to fight for bread, they see this as the natural order.

They view Russia as the last great all white society.
