Eastman: Pence should have broken the law, because the Capitol riot delayed debate over 2 hours

Yes, Trump's lawyer John Eastman had the nerve to write Pence should break the law and adjourn certification of the election results by 10 days, because the mob had broken into the Capitol, and that meant the debate on Arizona went on over the maximum two hours, by the time they reassembled:
