I am so grateful for your posts on the environment and the effects of climate change. I read them religiously, climate change is the single biggest threat to the survival of the planet and every living species and environmental system, we know.

Just read a New Yorker piece about the melting perma-frost. Very Northern Russia had an outbreak of anthrax which they thought had been eradicated years ago. It had emerged from the melting perma-frost (thousands of years old) and killed herd of reindeer. This is serious business we will find ourselves dealing with.
