Keeping in mind that starting in 2014 Russia declared Crimea theirs and backed pro Russian forces in eastern
Ukraine, they were already at war with Russia when IQ4.5 had the R platform changed in 2015 so the United States
would be less helpful to Ukraine in it's endeavor to stay united.

Twice this week IQ4.5 can be heard on tape saying he always knew Putler wanted Ukraine and they always talked
