Screen on my phone suddenly changed

to black background and words "You've gone incognito."
Got back into DU but pretty sure I didn't accidently click anywhere.
I know this is a chrome product, etc.but don't like the surprise factor....
Is this a standard m.o. or was I hacked or just "interfered with"

I'm not sure how it got turned on but it is unlikely a hack.

Nothing to worry about. But good to ask. It’s possible your touch screen registered a phantom touch and choose to open a link in new incognito tab. PressAnd hold a link in the browser and you will see options.
