Why can't stations be quickly set up, that could override or be very near in frequency to the most popular radio stations? Perhaps million watt fm mega stations. They need a constant barrage of well thought out messages, even from the many russian soldiers to mothers (out of the box thinking is critically needed).

Russian phone number and leave a message about what is really going on. I thought they did it through texts but possibly regular phones too. I'm not sure how it works.

Only catch is that Cloudflare does a browser check to keep bots off the site.
