Putin already showed how long they will be tarred with this action by using "Nazi" to justify his own barbarism.

WWII ended nearly 80 years ago, and "Nazi Germany" remains a term of absolute condemnation.
"Russian" was just synonymous with "cheating skaters" and "doping children"...Putin has made that FAR worse and the stain is going to last FAR longer.
