She did it once again. Speaker Pelosi managed the passage of the 1.5 trillion dollar omnibus spending bill.

This is amazing; she set aside 13.6 billion dollars in aid for Ukraine. Wait there is more, the bill sets aside 6.5 billion dollars to go directly to Ukraine's defense department. Ukraine currently spends 5.92 billion dollars of defense. Speaker Pelosi just worked a deal to give Ukraine's military more money than its entire yearly budget.

Best Speaker ever.

They wanted a carve out for Covid relief money that was in the bill. Speaker Pelosi just said she was not going to take money from Peter to pay Paul so she simply removed the Covid money from the bill. It is sad it had to be done that way but time was of the essence.

over what had been allocated during Biden's first year, including health and education. Should be mentioned. Including injection into the IRS to further tackle the backlog of audits created by years of deliberate underfunding. And the FDA's going to start regulation of e-cigs.
