Apparently, the Ukrainian national mail service had a competition among artists to get the best “RUSSIAN WARSHIP, GO FUCK YOURSELF” stamp design.

17. YVW. My Mom took up pihilately as a hobby after she retired, just for fun.

She didn't own or want to own anything valuable, but she did like new releses if they were interesting. In the US, you can get those throug USPS, but from other nations, it's more complicated.

But there are lots of people who want new releases from anywhere and everywhere, anmd those who are in philately as a profession do know.

Many collectors want a first day cover, but i don't personally think that frams up as well as just the stamp. (I used to work in an art gallery that did framing, so I have opinions LOL!)
