Putin doesn't need to nuke the US when he has the Trumpian mindset on his side

In the Trumpian mind:
You are either a winner OR a loser
You are either successful OR a failure
You are either with America OR against America
You are either a genius OR you don't know what you're doing
You are either at peace OR at war

Are we at war with Russia? No.

And I hope we are never at war with Russia.

But... we aren't at peace either. We are very much in conflict with them.

I was convinced of this when Alexander Litvinenko was poisoned with polonium back in 2006.

Trump's perspective was like a reverse neutron bomb, didn't directly kill anybody, but it destroyed the preparations and social-political infrastructure needed to defend against Putin.

1. The trumpian mind has to believe that most of humanity is evil and has nefarious motives

Trumpers don’t just hate Americans, they actually hate humanity. Hatred is their drug of choice

2. Putin's weapons: Trump and Russian troll farms.

Those were extremely effective at stoking division in the USA over the past 6 years.

Also responsible for at least a half million dead Americans by inflicting anti-vax, anti-mask beliefs into our society.

Putin doesn't need nuclear weapons to win the USA. Just a dumbed down population (Thanks Reagan), and a convenient way to spread divisive messages (Thanks Facebook, Twitter).

3. and defend against

the terrible mindset of hate in 60 million beliving in the 'trumpian' mindset of his four years and his "big lie(s)". At 74 I see a terrible nightmare of violent and ugly proportions taking shape...but that's just my nightmare.
