In short, she is everything, Chuck Todd is NOT and eschews the disgusting parts that are solely Todd.
NBC needs to wake up. I'd be shocked if MTP--even the Sunday version-- has maintained much of its original audience.

(47,276 posts)I have a really hard time listening to Andrea Mitchell. An occasional interview or reporting on location isn't too bad, but she just does not have the ability to host an hour long show. Clearly she is uncomfortable and can barely speak in complete sentences, though I've seen her give some decent interviews outside her show. She could semi-retire and become a periodic contributor.
Then comes Chuck Todd who is insufferable on so many levels, I wouldn't know where to start. If and when I watch any daytime news, that is a two hour block that I avoid like the plague. MSNBC has so much decent talent, I'm sure those time slots would be easily filled with watchable journalists.
