Oligarch's houses? How about their yachts?

So in France and the UK there are movements to take over sanctioned oligarch's houses and let them serve as housing for Ukrainian refugees.

Well how about their yachts, too?

Are there Russian cruise ships? Take those, too. They would make great long term stay hotels.

The mansions and yachts are about equal so thry should all be used without question. Too bad they can't be sold and the $$$ would go to help Ukrainians.

and every condo, apartment, & mansions into refugee shelters.

Then, if they want them back, make the Russians pay every penny of expenses to take care of & compensate the refugees for what they lost.

and easier to maintain than mega-yachts. Although they could dock the ships somewhere, use them for housing while looking for a better solution, then sell them for scrap.
