It could just be the lightning, but the shirt in the first pic looks white, and the one in the second looks like it might be a pale gray.

Like I said, it could be the lighting, but that's my impression, fwiw.

Putin is only 5' 7" but much "taller" than Trump in that picture. Also, Trump is very awkward on stairs and he could be looking at the steps as he walks down.

As for the height distortion it was probably from a distance with a zoom lens.

12. Not stairs. trump and Putin are emerging from there secret meeting in Helsinki (no note taking

allowed) and stepping up onto the dais. Putin has trump's balls in his pocket at that point. Moments later,
trump was asked by Jonathon Lemiere about the 17 US intelligence groups that had said that Putin
had helped trump get elected. trump said that Putin assured him it wasn't so and he believed him.
