9. NATO isn't sending troops on the ground into Ukraine where they would very likely kinetically engage

with and kill Russian troops, thus almost assuredly kicking off WWIII. That war stands a hell of chance of going nuclear as we would crush Putin in conventional warfare.

Same for flying into the battle theatre airspace with NATO jets, thus a no-fly zone is also a no-go.

Peacekeepers come in when the two sides have come to a truce and the UN is there to keep them physically separated.
