http://www.fungalmeningitis.com/pressrelease.html

Rochester, MI. October 25, 2012. Alyson Oliver, a Michigan attorney representing several injured victims of the fungal meningitis outbreak and the lead attorney in the effort to consolidate the fungal meningitis cases nationally, announced today a new website, www.fungalmeningitis.com, designed to educate the public about the what Oliver believes to be the apparent failure of the Massachusetts Department of Health and Human Services to adequately address deficiencies at the New England Compounding Center (NECC), the source of contaminated drugs linked to deaths and widespread injuries. Oliver has uncovered what she terms ‘serious concerns’ about how Governor Mitt Romney’s administration responded to complaints against NECC.

POTUS, we can all look forward to more occurrences such as this.

Remember, Romney has said over and over again that businesses were over regulated by the government and he was going to work hard to change that.

Then they come full throat wanting to sue everybody and everything then suddenly become supportive of more oversight and tighter regulations.

Selfishness and hypocrisy are characteristics they have in abundance.

Who founded it and when? Who was the owner when these complaints started rolling in? Were there any personal or prior business relationships between the Romney people and NECC management???

In 2006, Massachusetts regulators responded to complaints about the New England Compounding Center by enlisting an Illinois firm to review the operations of the pharmacy now at the center of the national meningitis outbreak. The chief executive of that firm, the Globe has learned, was awaiting trial on a fraud indictment.

Pharmacy Support Inc., founded by Ross A. Caputo, inspected the Framingham facility and eventually found it to be satisfactory, helping it avoid probation by the state pharmacy board. Caputo was later convicted and imprisoned for fraud, involving a product blamed for blinding people.

A spokesman for Governor Deval Patrick said in a statement Monday that his administration is investigating regulators’ “troubling” choice of PSI, a selection he said was made during Governor Mitt Romney’s administration.

and Greg Conigliaro are both Romney donors. Another thing, the company that contracted the contaminants is based in Brentwood, TN, but oddly, they contracted with Ameridose, the sister company of NECC. I say oddly because most of the deaths are in, you guessed it, TN. Now who contracted the stuff? Health Trust Purchasing. Who owns them? HCA Holdings. Who owns THEM? B A I N. To the tune of one third of their entire company. Do you think that there would be an interest in covering up fault?

The current Governor is pretty good at finding problems. Someone need to answer why his administration didn't regulate the compounder. Without that information and an explanation, Romney will turn this on the current Governor and lie his way out of responsibility.

What a great source of information DU is.

You couldn't write a book about all you've found on Romney and his connections, as no one would believe it. You'd have to categorize it as fiction.
