Where we have 20 of the 35 seats... Polis has said he will sign it after that. New Jersey, Oregon, Vermont and DC have already passed similar laws.

to the states. Im confused at the excitement. Prior to roe it was up to each state . We would be going backwards.

The excitement is that states controlled by the Democratic party are being proactive in preserving a womans right to control her own body. Until we regain control of the supreme court, I see little else we can do.
I just think its sad we have to go backwards
