in that area. Feel bad for the people who will lose property and maybe even their lives.

I'm concerned (which i am sure will be noted) about Hurricane Sandy screwing up the early vote...

if we lost a number of days of early voting, it could make a difference in this election....we have weathered, negative press, Citizens United, voter suppression tactics, and sabotage by a partisan Republican Congress.... the irony of course, is that the religious right would see the loss of an election, under these circumstances as literally "an act of God"

in rides Willard on his White Horse, uniting the worst of 2 religious memes.. the right wingers base would look at it as deliverance, and the Mormons would look at it as the biggest thing since "the miracle of the Gulls"..

excuse me burned out all my tin foil...

I have family in storms path, will check in with them during the week. The election is happening. Good, my biggest worry, what will I worry about when its over. This political junkie is done worrying. Thanks DUers. Learning a lot, which is one great reason to be involved in politics. Vote, GOTV, GOTV, GOTV. Early voting has changed things forever.

The weather here is absolutely perfect! And I'm stuck inside sneezing my head off. I'm worried that I'll have to take more allergy medication just to calm it enough to sleep. Which means I will likely sleep until well after noon tomorrow, and I have things still to get done around here.

Other than that, hoping that everyone else in harms' way makes it out without additional worries
