US Intel on Russian field units
I would imagine due to the use of Ukrainian public cellular networks by the Russian field commanders, the US Intel agencies know who the commanders are that are shelling and bombing civilian targets. Will their identities be revealed to have them sanctioned so if they ever leave Russia they can be arrested and tried at The Hague for war crimes?
