The biggest Russophobes are the ones in the Kremlin

We're not the ones telling Russians they can't say "war".

We're not the ones telling Russians they can't read "Blowing up Russia" by assassinated ex-spy Alexander Litvinenko.

We're not the ones telling Russians they can't access certain websites.

We're not the ones who blew up their apartment buildings in 1999.
