They've been robbed of their national wealth. It's been transferred to the Putin World Crime Organization Group. I want to see Putin's personal wealth get more exposure inside Russia... get the truth broadcast, one encrypted file at a time.

All the publicity surrounding oligarch sanctions and seizures is particularly impressionable, government officials with yachts that nearly fill Red Square. Red Square is 330 meters long. The seized yacht Dilbar is 156m, twice as long as Red Square is wide. Dilbar is the largest yacht in the world by tonnage.

Alexi Navalny's film "Putin's palace. History of world's largest bribe" passed 100 million views on YouTube.

What exactly is the ordinary citizen going to do about it? Vote him out of office?

to rid the world of this festering pustule. Perhaps the brother or cousin of some trooper sacrificed on Putin's alter. That is the thing that keeps Putin up at night. It must be fun living in a world where you have to wonder that if everyone you see is trying to kill you.

The store I went into to see what they had was pretty bare. They had a block of lard left. Other than that, maybe if you could catch a cockroach and cook it ...

from Brazil are headed to Russia carrying sugar.

https://www.reuters.com/business/vessels-head-toward-russia-with-big-sugar-cargoes-store-shelves-empty-2022-03-17/

Sanctions following Russia's invasion of Ukraine have boosted demand for sugar and other food staples there, and store shelves have been emptying due to food hoarding. Yet sanctions may also make it harder for shippers to get paid for their cargoes.

The volume of sugar being shipped is unusually high, traders said, noting Russia tends to import roughly 100,000 tonnes of sugar per year. Russia is not a notable importer or exporter of sugar, but Russians have started to hoard the sweetener.
