The more Belarussians and Rissians learn about their autocracy, the less they like it. They like the advantages they see across the borders in Poland and Ukraine.
The old gray kleptocrats may have a difficult time holding power when smartphones show alternative lifestyles beamed from Starlink...beyond the reach of censors.
