He is not exactly limping but sort of dragging one foot/ leg slightly, it’s pretty subtle but it seems to me anyway he is favoring the other side.

His left side drops abruptly on some steps. It's well covered by the number of times he pivots and waves, but it's there. Also, wow at the gobs of bulletproof glass.

..best at the company. I've often rolled my eyes on speculation Putin has health issues here, he's only 69. But I'm starting to wonder, maybe he does have health issues that are terminal. If so, then he can go out being a villain to the rest of the world and who ever replaces him will be a breath of fresh air. There were changes to the Russian Constitution I think a year ago for a more seamless transition of power and would insure a constant peaceful process.

And the current political party in control is in no danger of losing control anytime soon. Sort of like PRI was in Mexico for a long time. The next closest party with influence is the communist party.

I did not feel he looked terminal but appearances can be deceptive. People can look semi ok and then degrade rapidly. He could have some neurological disorder such as ms as well. He does not look well imo and seems to be on steroids maybe for whatever is going on. 69 is young for someone who would have his advantages but people can get fatal and chronic diseases at any age.

I remember reading that a transition had been planned and I found an article that one of his daughters may be the chosen successor. There is no confirmation of any of it or that she is even his daughter as he is very secretive about his family and private life. I assume any sucessor may be just as bad.

There was another video which a nurse said she thought showed possible parkinsonian symptoms.
My father was evaluated for this and the neurologist said that not everyone has the typical gait and symptoms.

And there is still the question of why they suddenly had to cut away from him mid speech.
