Russia systematically destroys Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure: one of Europe’s largest steel and iron works, Azovstal in Mariupol, was targeted by Russian shelling on Friday. The owners said the plant was fully shut down for the first time since the 1941 Nazi invasion

The supply of pig iron used for many forms of steel has already been cut short and this is going to shut down a lot of projects

... will pay for much of the rebuilding. Ukraine will be nicely rebuilt, and Russia will continue to decline.
