Another mass shooting, this time in Arkansas

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/many-10-injured-shooting-arkansas-car-show-state-police-say-rcna20761

Gun violence was bad, but it seems to have escalated massively in the past couple months. Every single day now I see national news stories on big shootings.

This doesn't happen anywhere else in the developed world, and the evidence proves gun laws work. The lowest gun violence in America is all in blue states. The highest gun violence is all in red states.

And yet Texas and Ohio just passed bills further eliminating gun laws.

This country is truly sick and depraved. I hate it here.

Canada comes to mind. You have to have a lot of greenbacks to immigrate there.

terrorism and rocket attacks. Most of the world hates them.

And I likely can't find a job that can afford Israel. It's the 8th most expensive country on Earth.

All those people screaming that "The United States is the greatest country in the world" are the ones ruining it.

for places to consider. Problem is I don't have a passive income right now, so I don't qualify for a visa in those countries and can't get a job there.

This is how Conservatives and Gunners want it, and the Constitution enables this level of mayhem. The anachronistic 2nd Amendment is interpreted literally.

In reality, you have an incident like this. 1 testosterone-addled individual, probably young, feels insulted/threatened/vengeful, and fires 2 dozen bullets in a crowded event, with utter disregard for consequences.

So much of Gunner logic is that 'firearms must be as free as possible so I can protect myself and others when someone else starts shooting'. But here, no gunner hero had time to defend themselves.

An important point: I surmise that this event, and many of the victims, are African-American. When black men shoot each other it barely makes a ripple on the news.
