I wonder how many Russian soldiers have deserted or surrendered.

Their living conditions have been a nightmare for many weeks. A lot of them have watched their buddies get killed. In many cases they are sitting ducks parked in their vehicles. Their leaders are shit and many of them have been killed. It has been reported that many of the Russian soldiers were never told where they were going.

The moral of the average Russian soldier must be non-existent.

The Rada ombudsmen visited some of the places they're detained, and proper facilities are being set up for them.

Personally, I think they should be truly made safe--and the facilities should be set up maybe 150 miles west of Lviv.
