I think I just had a great idea regarding Russia and the abortion vigilante laws
Apparently, the State Department is offering $5M for tips leading to Russian Oligarch assets.
That's good, but Dems are missing an opportunity.
Why not pass a law that it's illegal to do business with Russia? Of course, it would just be a "civil" law, with private citizens able to sue anyone suspected of doing business, or aiding Russia for $10K per incident.
