He doesn't have the bone growth if giagantism. (Knew a guy in college that was diagnosed with it. He was 6' tall his sophomore year of HS, then grew 3 inches per year for the next 4 years. After he was already 15.
His bones were heavy & thick, his jaw was very lantern shape, and he no longer looked much like his dad. His face structure changed & his fingers got really, really thick. If he had a ring, I could have put it on my thumb and it would fallen right off if I put my arm down. He became increasingly less coordinated. (He was a pretty good high school athlete.)
He stopped growing at around 7'5". He died at around 50. Mostly heart problems.
Typically, people who grow tall fast stop growing sooner than most. I was 5'7" at 17, but 5'9" at 20.
He very well could be done growing now that he's 18.

That's what the guy I know had. It was discovered years after he quit growing & the surgery was done to remove it. IIRC, it was benign! I think he was close to 30 by then.
I lost contact with him shortly after that, as he moved to somewhere in New England for his job. (He was an accountant.)
I don't know if they didn't think to look for a tumor in the early stages, or if was so tiny they couldn't see it. There were no CT or PT scans, or MRI in those days. Just xrays.
He was a really funny & fun guy. Was very much a shame.

I had a business associate in Trump Tower toward the end of my career, and used to visit there on a weekly basis. One of the doormen was extremely tall, I'd say 6'7" - 6'9", and some people say there was talk of Malaria and he having an affair.

I can't vouch for the veracity of this rumored tryst, but some people say it lasted several years. I remember him as clear as day, and my companions remarked about how incredibly tall he was for a NYC doorman. They're usually on the shorter, stockier side.

I wonder if Donald was aware of this?
