for war crimes, end the war, then discussions about ending sanctions in Russia etc. could commence? Put out an olive branch to anyone over there who is sane and wants the best for Russia to get their house in order? That would truly be the patriotic thing for them to do. To look out for the Russian people and not let a madman run the country into the ground and continue horrific war crimes.

I know, I am probably being way too optimistic but it seems that offer should at least be out there.

West since many have homes over here. That there is a small group of radicals around Putin that are pulling this crap.
