Also in states with initiatives, legalizing weed on the ballot alters who votes dramatically.

Abbott will pull a "Texas landslide" (black-box voting/tabulation). You can be as sure of that as a Texas thunderstorm in June (or more!).

High school students have shown they can hack those voting/tabulation machines within minutes - and manipulate data without a trace.

And we know both Cruz ad Abbott are capable of just about anything - so long as they think they can get away with it.
