It appears that the only thing they have against Judge Jackson is how their nominees were treated.

They just can't help trying to defend their unqualified and weak choices. ll Be glad when this is over so Biden can begin to think about his next nominee to replace Thomas.

they will obstruct, tit for tat attack, smear, and escalate. Not to mention that as part of that effort they must touch on every racist dog whistle for the benefit of the christofascist base.

I don't see how we will ever have another non confrontational SCOTUS nomination hearing, from either side.
SCOTUS nominations have become political, and I don't see any way around it from now on.
The years of almost unanimous votes for nominees are gone.
