Are the Republicans saying that if this judge, who happens to be more qualified than the three Trump seated put together, is seated on the Court that the public schools will be forced to teach CRT?

Two obvious questions:

Do Republicans realize K-12 students generally can’t handle grad school-level work?
Have Republicans ever heard of separation of powers?
