They have around 100 anti-ship missiles, which is plenty, which are located around Odessa, and why they are staying well away from there. There is nowhere near Mariolpol to set up to launch anti-ship missiles from.

Still couldn't get them close enough to target the ships, even if they had the firepower. Bear in mind, the Russians have as good of anti-missile defense systems on their ships as we do.
